I take all of my tailoring to her and she’s always been on time. Pleasant and professional. A couple of years ago she told me she was taking care of her elderly mother. This might have caused some stress and that’s seems to be when the poor reviews came out. Just my opinion. I have no complaints
I've been using them for years, and I'm always happy with the results. Pricing is very fair. I sew, but would rather Araceli and her team do my alterations because they're that good and that reasonable! Always kind and respectful!
I have been going to Aracelli since 2005 and she has always done a great job on my clothes. She is quite creative and comes up with ideas that workout better for alterations. Yes, sometimes we have waited a little longer to receive clothes back, but she is worth it. She is quite inundated most of the time and she tries hard to make everyone happy. Patty & Helen
