I can't say enough about Dr Alpert and her entire staff. I have been to optometry drs in the past and never received glasses that helped with my vision. When I explained to Dr Alpert what my problem was she immediately knew what I needed. I got my new glasses today and she was 100% right, they worked. I can see. I can see the signs on the freeway now, I can read a book and not have all the words cross over and merge each other. I am so happy. Now what can I say about the staff, there aren't enough words. They are fast, efficient, helpful, go the extra mile, polite, positive...do I need to keep going-I think you get my point. This office is the best, you can't go wrong by becoming a patient of this office. Thank you Dr Alpert and staff, you have a patient for life.
I have been coming to this optometrist office for almost 20 years and I can say there has never been a more relaxing, soothing and comfortable doctors office that I have ever been to in my life. The staff is always friendly and delightful and not once have I ever felt pushed, unwelcome or ignored by any of the devoted amazing individuals that work there. I truly feel that this establishment strives to make a connection with every individual that walks through their front door, treating you with the care and kindness that family would, and making sure all of your necessities are met as opposed to treating you as just some other patient. Dr. Alpert is amazing and has such patience as well as a contagious smile that puts you at ease along with a collection of Rubber ducks she keeps in her examining room to help lighten the mood! If you like being treated like a human, then I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new pair of styl'n glasses!!
Dr. Alpert's practice has been my optometry office for about 18 years. She and Dr. Bitner are both caring and easy to talk to. They tried multiple contacts for my dry eyes and were genuinely invested in finding the best option for me. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I recently had to do a warranty on my husband's glasses, and they were extremely efficient with the process. I highly recommend this practice as they truly care about their patients.
