I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I waited about 5 mins and taken care of. Top notch customer service, cleanliness and friendliness. Everyone was super nice and courteous. Very professional and helpful. Definitely, will keep coming back here.
Came here for an eye exam and new prescription. I loved everything about Vision Essentials. They have an amazing selection of glasses and sunglasses. The wait was almost none. Also the exams were quick. I went in on a Wednesday got a new prescription/glasses and they came in exactly a week later!! Everyone from doctors to front desk receptionist are so amazing. Definitely better than going to an optometry at a kaiser campus.
