I rented a portable toilet during a project. I had the toilet for a few months. Every week the toilet had to be cleaned but they did miss the cleaning a few times. At the end of my project I called them to let then know to pick up the toilet. My payment was until October 25th. I cancelled on October 16th and they scheduled a pick up for October 20th, which leaves five days of paying extra and not using the toilet which was ok for me. I was told that they don't prorate the payments. The worst part was that when I called I was told that their system already created an invoice on my account and I don't have a choice but to pay it. I am not sure how their actual service for fences is because I never even got that far but their customer service that answers calls is terrible. Just for that, I would never do any business with this company.
