“One of the best cleaners in the San Fernando Valley, if not the best. I had a problem with one of my cowboy hats that was very stained and it had glue on it. They took their time cleaned it, and they practically made a new again. Customer service is great everyone’s very helpful. And it’s very hard to find a good dry cleaner. I had to stop using cleaners for the last couple years until I found them now try them out you won’t regret it.“

“We've taken all of our dry cleaning here for as long as we've lived here without ever having a problem. They'll also fix hems, buttons, do the perfect amt. of starch, watch for certain stains that you point out beforehand and do quick return service if needed. He'll also let me know if he thinks he will not be able to get the stain out either, but will try. Our problem is forgetting our clothes there for too long! Many yrs. ago we briefly tried another dry cleaner in town at one point out of curiosity, but they actually misplaced our things, even when presenting our phone # & ticket!! They actually asked me what I had brought in! THEN, he had to make a phone call to someone else to help him find it! I was horrified!! [So glad he wasn't searching for a family heirloom at the time like a wedding dress, or a tux of my grandfather's that could've potentially been lost! It made me sweat...just a little...until he found our dry cleaning...which NEVER returned there!] We sincerely appreciate using 1 Hour Valley Cleaners. They are very ethical and professional.
