Vision Optometry has been extremely disappointing to deal with. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and was promised a specific pick-up date, but they failed to deliver on time. Even worse, no one bothered to call or update me when the sunglasses were ready. I had to reach out multiple times myself, only to be given false or conflicting dates. The lack of communication and reliability from this place shows poor customer service. I expected a professional experience, but this has been frustrating.

I keep coming back for years because of Angie. She's great and always willing to help. I keep having issues with my glasses, but Angie goes her way and always delivers to my satisfaction! Angie is a Keeper!!!!!

I've never needed glasses/contacts but have vision insurance. Many people told me to take advantage and just get my eyes checked anyways and even if my eyes need a slight adjustment, I would qualify for my insurance to cover the cost of the frames/lenses for glasses/sunglasses and computer glasses. Since I don't need regular glasses, I thought I might as well get a nice pair of sunglasses and computer glasses if I could get prescription lenses. I didn't want to schedule an appointment since I wanted to ask questions and check out the frames they had first before committing.
