We met Victor when he responded (on a Sunday) to our furnace issue during the Thanksgiving weekend. He got our furnace back on that day. We greatly appreciated his responsiveness and expertise to restore our furnace operation on that cold weekend. Our confidence in Upgrade Home Services (UHS)led to our contracting them to replace our old HVAC system with a new Amana heat pump system. UHS replaced our gas furnace and AC unit on time and on schedule. Unfortunately, we had to call Victor the next day to repair a wiring issue that temporarily halted our system's operation. Furnace went down yesterday morning, temperature went down to low 50 last night. I was relived when Victor from upgrade home service said he can come later today to check. He found the root cause and fixed in no time , inform me about system I have and I should check and change filter every 3 to 4 month. I will definitely recommend Victor (upgrade Home Service) for furnace problems.

This business is run by genuine, kind, and efficient people. They gave me a straight up price for air duct cleaning without having to visit the home for estimates, got me scheduled quickly, got here on time, and started the job right away. They were very respectful, laid down protective fabric for my floor and had shoe covers on. Their pricing for air duct cleaning was super reasonable, and cheaper than the services I got years ago from other providers.
