I am a company owner and had my truck break down in Fremont ,California. I called TW PERFORMANCE INC and talked to the own who was rude to me.I needed my truck fixed so I didn't argue with him.After finding out what was wrong with my truck the owner only fixed half of the problem then got angry with me about it.i told him to fix it all and he then tried to drastically overcharge me for parts.I brought my own air compressor from Washington state over night. I asked the owner if I needed anything else and he TOLD ME TO FIGURE IT OUT RUDELY AND ANGRILY.It took this shop 4 1/2 days to accomplish. I also paid $4000 still proving my air compressor.
Gave us a SIGNED quote for our truck and then came back and added $1000 to the repair for a part we didn't ask for or didn't tell us about. Tim was extremely hostile and rude about it when we confronted him about the $1000. As a business owner, you should be transparent about what the customer is getting, give a new quote if you have to, and honor it. Also don't yell at customers who is clearly in the right. Service is terrible, business owners are terrible. Do not go here unless you want to get scammed. That's why you always keep your receipts.

Took my truck there for AC repair, they were thorough with diagnostics. Fairly quick with the repair. I would recommend this place to owner operators who want good repair service and good customer service. Thanks guys. I'll be back.
