After my heat was out for two days and it was freezing, they showed up on a very cold Sunday to fix my entire heat pump system and thankfully were able to fix it. I so appreciate their help.

Tony and Heidi are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The HVAC system which Tony and team installed many years ago had no major trouble whatsoever. We appreciate the heating and cooling which just works. Once a minor issue appeared (not their fault) which Tony promptly fixed.

They also offered us choices in terms of which system to install and gave us good advice. Not pushy at all.

This family owned business truly values their customers and takes pride in their work. I would hire them another time in a heartbeat. They are a gem as people too!

My AC was blowing hot air during a heatwave (of course your AC always gives up when you need it). Tony is there for the rescue! TFF installed my system a while ago and I am technically out of warranty but even then they stand behinds of their work. Reliable and trustworthy was all I would ask for during a service call but Tony threw in a big bonus with his unbeatable rate. Even though they were slammed with request, Tony was able to squeeze me in as soon as possible which is super helpful as I have a one year old and he suffered with the heat. Tony always showed up on time as he promised and worked diligently. He explained me in details of the problem I had which was a leaked in the line and had it fixed properly. He insisted putting on shoe covers even when I was ok either way, and the house was exactly like nothing happened. TFF got me back up and running with nice cold air during the hot day which is all I could ask for. Definitely coming back to them when I need in the future and strongly recommend their service for your HVAC need.
