It's never easy when you hear that a loved one needs to go into hospice care. Sequoia called me to discuss options and what would lie ahead. They coordinated my mom's care with the care home where she would be staying and the nurse met with us to make sure that we understood everything. We were kept informed after the nurse's visits and he always made sure that any questions that we had were answered. Sequoia contacted us several times to make sure that we ourselves were doing okay. And even after my mom passed away they contacted us several times just to make sure we were okay. They are definitely a caring group of people and I would highly recommend... read full review
I had a total knee replacement on Jan 14, 2025. The physical therapist, Para came weekly for a month. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He taught me many exercises to strengthen my leg and increase flexibility of my knee. I highly recommend Para and Sequoia Home Health.
We used Sequoia for my 92-year-old mom from January to June this year (2024), first as Home Health and later as Hospice. For both levels of care, they've absolutely earned FIVE STARS. From dealing with the office for scheduling, to the actual in-home care, they excelled in terms of quality of care (we got nurses' direct numbers!), response time and problem-solving. They do it all - competent & caring nurses, spiritual (if you want), medicine management as well as wound care and medical equipment. Mom passed in June, and they are still reaching out to see how WE are doing. Awesome all around.
