I love Sephora and I love the manager Abigail. What a great combo. I was having a bad day, a really bad day, so I stopped by Sephora to buy something to fix my face after tears had ruined my makeup. I was looking around for this and that. I basically bought everything from the Dior section, a couple items by Too Faced, then I was looking at the perfume. Yes, I needed a bottle of Miss Dior so I had to ask someone for help as they don't keep it on the shelf. Enter Abigail. Don't be fooled by the mini Sephora inside Kohl's at Great Mall! I almost made that mistake--thank goodness someone told me to head to the main Sephora store at the other end of the mall. What a difference! When I walked in, I was relieved to see a full-sized store with a wide selection. My hope was instantly restored. The Kohl's location had very few products, barely any staff, and the help I did get wasn't exactly helpful. The main store was busy, but I was lucky enough to be helped by Donna--and she was amazing! I came to this store couple of days and really disappointed, the ladies in front of door didn't welcome or greet us, they saw me but look like didn't see. So no no thank you for this store.
