I took an eye test at Dr. Ngo's office for me and my wife.The staff was very polite and responsive (both on call and in written communication).They always followed up with text messages/emails when asked.During the test also, they were extremely polite and helpful and yet professional in their approach.I would recommend going to them again.

I love going to Dr Ngo as our eye doctor - I have seen him when i had 2 kids - then 3 now 4 kids, will still see him in the future. For all kids -he is very detailed and never fail to talk and explain to me for each kid. 2kids need glasses - 2 dont And im happy with that . We used to live in Palo Alto and has moved to Sacramento now but once a year i make sure we see him even if we drive 2 hours long. Very Happy to be a satisfied customer. He may have new staffs but everyone is still friendly.
