Brazilian waxes are unfortunately not her forté because she went over the same area multiple times (3+) which caused more pain for me. The ordeal was about 20 minutes and left me tender. When I got home, I plucked the remaining (15-20+) hairs that she didn't notice despite her best efforts. 24 hours later, I was still tender and sore which puts this waxing experience on the bottom tier--I've been to 3 other waxers and have waxed myself before. Pro's: - cheap - appointment availability - quick Con's: - more painful than your normal wax session She's nice but I am not sure if I would return for waxing.

This was my first facial and I really enjoyed it! Alice really helped with my blackheads and pimples that I've always struggled with. The whole process was really relaxing and refreshing in the end. I do plan on coming back soon and for those of you who want to try this place out, be sure to make an appointment with her beforehand!

I just realized it has been 10 years since my first review. I still go to Alice regularly and she's helped my skin so much. She got it in perfect condition for my wedding and now has helped my husband with skin issues as well. She's an expert and I've never found anyone who can compare!
