I went for my first-ever hair color and couldn’t be happier with the experience! I chose a balayage, and the color turned out absolutely vibrant and exactly what I was hoping for. What impressed me most was how they achieved the look with minimal hair damage, which was very important to me. The staff’s amazingly knowledgeable, and clearly very well trained. They took the time to understand what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommend :)
I had a wonderful experience with Lakshmi at Om Beauty Salon in Milpitas. She provided excellent services, including waxing, threading, hair highlights, a haircut, facial, and hair spa treatment. Everything was done with great care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
The facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing, while the hair spa made my hair feel soft, smooth, and healthy. I was especially happy with the haircut and highlights — Lakshmi understood exactly what suited me and delivered beautiful results. The waxing and threading services were quick, hygienic, and very comfortable as well.
I was at a nearby store and decided to get my brows threaded on a whim. I didn't get her name but she was so gentle and kind! She's efficient and her work is an art! I very rarely get my brows done because the hair doesn't grow as much anymore but man, what a difference. She is meticulous, even trimmed some long hairs! Glad I found this place!
