Today my son & I had the pleasure of going to Milpitas Children dentistry. My son has Autism, which makes going to the dentist an unfavorable activity due to sensory needs. We met with Dr.Richard who greeted us both and shook my hand. My son grabbed Dr.Richards hand they both walked to the room. Dr.Richard was explaining the steps to my son as we walked to the room making us both feel comfortable. Once we got to the room my son was a little bit nervous and started to express his nervousness and Dr. Richard was giving positive reinforcements. Dr. Duong is great with the kids, our 7 year old and 3 year old both look forward to going to the dentist! Dr. Duong is very thorough with explaining things to parents and billing is very transparent, to which we appreciate so much. The whimsical office decor and prize tower are so much fun, literally the kids love going to the dentist!

Best first-visit experience. Staff is professional, kind, great with kids. Dr. is very knowledgeable and patient and is also great with kids. Facility is clean and feels like a magical place! I would recommend this place to anyone and wish they accepted adults too
