I went to the place the first time with 4 pieces of clothes- they cleaned two, and could not clean the suede jacket, which was fine. And they lost my favorite pair of Tory Burch wool pants. They had someone else's pants in my bag and I rejected it right away. They promised to follow up with the cleaner and never called me. I went to the store myself and asked them- again promised they would follow up and never did. I texted many times afterwards. First they responded and then totally ignored me. This is not acceptable service!

I've been coming here for about a year now and used to have reasonable prices. It seems they have new management/staff and price dramatically increased. They now charge $5 for dress shirts almost double from what it was before. Sorry, but I'm taking my business somewhere else.

I've been coming to Michael's Cleaners for years and I'm still a solid regular. MC specializes in dry cleaning any/all items ranging from bedding, full suits, gowns, and everyday wear. They also offer alterations and jobs are normally ready for pick up in a matter of days. No job is too small, nor is it too big. I am always left satisfied and the ladies who run this store go above and beyond to ensure that. Cost is a little on the pricier side compared to other cleaning businesses I've used but the quality and care keep me coming back. Bonus points for the kind alterations lady. I recently needed to have my romper taken in at the pants and made the decision to have it done here out of convenience. The cost quoted for the job was kind of expensive but I decided to go ahead with it and hoped for the best. During pick up, I was allowed to try on my outfit to make sure things were to my liking. Everything turned out pretty well and the stitch job is very secure. 5 stars for MC, just be aware that there may be a slight wait from time to time since the lady runs both the cleaners and the neighboring water business.
