I have been going to Mac Strips before Melissa moved to this new location (probably close to 6 years now) and I see her once every few months. When it comes to waxing she is quick and efficient, when it comes to communication she's very responsive and quick when it comes to my requests. Would highly recommend.

I've been going to Mac Strip for about two years now. I always feel so refreshed and Melissa makes the whole experience smooth (if you know what I mean ). She is very personable and super quick. I appreciate that she gives me feedback on my skin and the growth as a returning client. I've been to many other places and they always miss a patch and a very painful experience too. Melissa puts pressure where needed to ease the pain and braces me at each strip. I appreciate her thorough communication and updates on her vacations. Second time getting Brazilian and under arm done here. I don't have any past experience to compare with because my first time ever was done by Melissa as well. The best and most pleasant experience ever. For myself, it was a little pain but very tolerable. The breathing technique really helps to ease the pain. The after care packet really helped too.
