Jack Liu was my real estate agent and helped me bought my bay area residential house years ago. Last year, he informed me that there is a good rate of 30 year fixed for refi. So, we opted from 15 yr ARM to 30 yr fixed rate. During the process, he is very professional, and patient by providing guidance on each step, and needed relevant documents. And whenever we had questions, he replied timely. As such, the refi is very smooth and we got really good service from Jack with good rate (almost the same as 15 yr rate). We really appreciate Jack's work!
