Everyone is always friendly and nice, but especially Mercedes, who was at the front desk. She called me by name, greeted me when I walked in, and was all around pleasant, yet very professional.

I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with LaserAway Milpitas!! The staff are so professional and have the BEST customer Service ever!! The honesty and transparency when coming to laserAway has kept me a customer for life! Amy, Savannahand Vivienne definitely have been so helpful every visit! If you're considering visiting LaserAway anytime soon go to the Milpitas location, I promise you won't regret it.

I always have such a great experience at this location, I honestly can’t recommend it enough. All the girls that work up front are so helpful and sweet- special shout out to Michelle and Nurse Tina! Michelle makes booking so easy and is the hook up if you are looking for a good deal. And Tina really took the time to listen and understand the results I was looking for and was just so thorough with my laser. I love my skin rn :’) Thank you guys!!
