People here are always so friendly and helpful especially when seeing my parents today! They know whats up and what to prescribe and everything despite language barriers. Ample masks and parking too!

It's sad to see the quality of customer service and patient experience drop drastically at the Milpitas Kaiser. Nothing gets done even after making a complaint. They just send you a letter home and blah blah... This tech Micheal in the lab and Yogita receptionist ( in wheelchair) really really need to be retrained on customer service skills. If you are unhappy with what you do, folks you are in the wrong field. Be more humble and compassionate towards patients. I hate going to this location

Great care, worth it just for how quick their pharmacy is compared to CVSTheir Lab work is also very organized and professional.
