I made eye exam appt as a new patient. Came in 15 mins early to fill out the necessary paperwork. Dr. Tai was very professional. The exam went well albeit my eyes did get worse and will need a stronger prescription. They did have the frame I was looking for by Oakley but not the correct size, the one they had was a bit too big so I decided to get them elsewhere. They said they could see if they can order it but wasn't pressured and instead I decided to go online. I would highly recommend Zoom, I felt I was not rushed and all the charges were clearly explained from what the insurance will cover and not.
