Received several mobile automated appointment reminders and confirmation which are nice. Upon arrival was warmly greeted and no wait time! Hygienist was ready to go right away. X-rays and cleaning went well and review with dentist were great; Dr Patel was very thorough and did not rush. My takeaways...very easy to schedule an appointment so quickly, price of services very fair, a very nice facility with plenty of parking, and most of all...a very friendly staff from start to finish! I've been a patient at Dr. Patel's office for the past two years, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. Dr. Patel and her team are truly exceptional. They are personable, knowledgeable, and always make me feel at ease. The hygienist who worked on me took her time and answered all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring I understood every aspect of my dental care. One of the unique and enjoyable aspects of the office is the country music they play--it adds a relaxing and pleasant vibe to each visit. RECOMMENDED High quality state of the art dental care. Crowns created via scans not hit and miss clay models. Fit better the first time. Quality crown materials 3d printed not old fashioned metal porcelain. Work recommended and options explained clearly Excellent dental cleaning provided. Less pain less bleeding and very good no rush thorough results. Adjusts for patients special needs such as not able to lay back too far due to post nasal drip pollen allergies etc. Scheduling is considerate. Not overbooked, less wait time, no rush jobs.
