I waited 6 months before writing this review to allow myself to live in the work that was done and give a honest review.Overall, my experience with BC Construction was awful. Jason the project manager was nice and appeared attentive to our needs. We had a kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled. The people that did the work were terrible. They cut corners, damaged my new cabinets on multiple occasions, and often left after only a few hours of work. I found myself doing the project managing because even after expressing my frustration, Jason was rarely out to check on the status of the project.As I have lived in their work for the last six months, it is even worse than I thought... read full review
Excellent quality work done in timely manner. Did bathroom remodel for two baths in my house, complete remodeling work went smoothly
Most horrible customer experience... not responsive, no active status update for the timeline of project. It took forever for my to know where the city approving process is at. Definitely do not recommend
