Thai picked up the phone immediately and was able to squeeze me into his schedule. He figured out my GPU needed a riser (that I had but the diagram from the manual wasn't clear) and later found out one of my usb plug ports was in the wrong location. He also helped me install windows 11 while I was here. I am super grateful. He is located in the back and his place is a literal hole in the wall, with over 20+ of experience
