Had a major back injury for almost two years. Shooting pain down the leg and in the lower back. Spine doctor wanted to do surgery but sent me to Pilates in a last ditch effort. Apex knew exactly what to do. She fixed my back pain in three weeks. I wish I’d found them a year earlier.
