I had a very positive experience working with TDE. It was easy to schedule a free consultation, where we first spoke with Otis, and could ask many questions up front before deciding to move forward. Otis was kind with great attention to detail from the start. Ultimately, we decided with the glam package and our contract was very clear to understand with cost breakdown for removal of specific services / add-ons. I updated it many times with Jessica, our planner, as we made changes throughout the months, and she was always so patient and clear.

Jessica answered every single question big or small and really helped alleviate the pre wedding stress and nerves we had. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the decor, from backdrops, draping, to floral design. So glad we found them, couldn't have imaged a better partnership for our big day.
