Le Chien Fortune Dog Grooming Spa in Millbrae offers a high level of service and care for dogs. The groomers, including Nelson, are experienced and attentive, providing grooming that has resulted in a shiny and soft coat for a thirteen-year-old dog even weeks after the appointment. They are responsive and easy to schedule with, offering reminders and helpful tips on care. The pricing is reasonable, and the store is efficient and professional. One customer was even referred to Le Chien Fortune by a random dog owner at Tanforan Target. The grooming has led to a noticeable improvement in the appearance of dogs, and in one case, even alerted the owner to a health issue. The customers appreciate the good smell of their dogs after the grooming and the care taken to ensure there is no irritation or scrapes.
We have been taking our dog Duncan to Le Chien Fortune for over ten years. We’re so loyal to Nelson because he is not only the best groomer in the Bay Area, but also because Duncan actually LIKES going to see Nelson. He’s part of the family 💙
