I went to Nicky to get my eyebrows microbladed (which I had never gotten done before) and for eyelash extensions. It was all done in one session, which took a while, but Nicky was very patient and professional throughout the whole process. For someone who had never gotten their eyebrows microbladed before, my biggest fears were: 1) pain, 2) eyebrow shape. (What if my eyebrows came out lopsided or completely not what I expected??) It turns out my fears were very silly. Nicky is both artistic and meticulous. She put numbing cream on my eyebrows, and let it sit for exactly 20 minutes (timer was set). While we were waiting, we discussed the possible shapes that she could make my eyebrows look, what she thought would look good, and, most importantly, what I wanted. I was very much involved in the “designing” of my eyebrows. She let me know what she was doing every step of the way, which calmed my nerves a lot, and it was not even painful at all! After the procedure, Nicky put ointment on my brows and gave me some ointment to take home. She gave detailed instructions on how to take care of them during the healing process, and rescheduled the touch-up session to complete the procedure. Then after all of that, she gave me eyelash extensions. They looked naturally beautiful, and they were not too close to my eyelids, so didn’t prick my eyes at all. I’m very happy with her service, and will go back to her in the future!
Extremely patient and meticulous! I went in for my first eyebrow microblading appointment. Nicky asked me how I usually draw my eyebrows and I briefly explained to her. She then measured and sketched out her first design. She was very detailed and asked how I wanted the arc (very sharp or more round), the length, thickness, etc. As she was sketching and making edits, she explained step by step and gave me many options on how I prefer my eyebrows to look as well as letting me know what would look better on me based on my facial structure. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable which brought me great comfort. Any small adjustments she would make, she would let me know. After the designing process was finished, she applied numbing cream which made the entire process very painless. She made sure that I was comfortable and asked me every so often if it hurt so that she can apply more numbing cream. Therefore, for those who are scared of the pain, please know that you are in good hands and Nicky will make sure you are most comfortable during the entire process! She is also very patient and answered to any questions or concerns I had, especially since this was my first time. Nicky is very meticulous and what I mean by that is that during the microblading process, she went over my brows a few strokes at a time to insure that my eyebrows are well-balanced. When the microblading was done, she explained in detail about the aftercare process as well as what will happen during the healing process so not to be alarmed. All in all, this was the best service and experience! I am in love with my eyebrows and cannot stop staring at them! I will definitely be recommending my friends to Nicky.
