Recently brought my hi power gaming/media editing rig to have it rebuilt in a new case. Mike was incredibly helpful in the process of choosing new case, and incredibly expedient in building it. I dropped off my PC and the new case and to my surprise, the rebuild was finished the same day!Now my PC is like new, with a proper cleaning and rebuild, and so much nicer.Thanks Mike.

Honestly so grateful Mark is right here in town. I've had issues with my laptop & phone where it was urgent to get it back up and running ASAP. I was frustrated and Mark is very calm & knowledgeable when it comes to problem-solving & tech-related trouble-shooting. Glad i can get direct information & don't have to go through apple or other random hoops to get an answer/solution. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you
