Tldr; They don't offer phone appointments for disabled people. They are over booked and it takes forever just to get a consultation let alone to get regular treatment. Staff is friendly though. ❤️They do their jobs. Just can't give full stars to a place that refuses to do phone consults for disabled people.They have too many patients and not enough ability to treat everyone. I get that they are the only pain clinic in Merced, but this is rediculous. I've been mostly bed ridden for a month now waiting for the next round of treatments. Finally got an appointment only to find out I'm scheduled a consultation that could have been handled over the phone.I don't know why...read full review

.I didn't feel comfortable here it's in a small run down ste. The exam room was right there open to the waiting area door left open. Doc jumped right to increase my script. And plan for an injection. When they called to make the appointment they wanted to do it on a Saturday and only did them on Saturdays. I was uncomfortable with that plan. And didn't feel good about the doc. Sorry. I walked away.
