Carla is f'in incredible. She can multitask 10 different customers, while I'm pressuring her to tell me all the flowers she has THE DAY BEFORE MOTHER'S DAY! I'm in Indiana and freaking out about getting this order in on time, and not only did she let me send her photos but she managed to beat other online prices from major vendors that wouldn't deliver until Monday. CARLA YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR AND I HOPE EVERYONE COMES TO YOU FROM NOW TILL FOREVER. This may sound over the top but we all know a mother's first Mother's Day is special and Carla saved our behinds!!!! I asked Karla (sp?) to have flowers delivered today but their driver was delivering in Atwater and wouldn't make it back in time. She went above and beyond and actually recommended Blooming Affairs, their competitor, instead of just saying no. That, IMO, is about the best customer service I've ever seen. I will definitely purchase flowers from them in the future! Thank you very much!
