Excellent service. Tenants called to report rental house main drain line backed up on a Saturday night. On Sunday morning, I called my usual plumbing company in Merced, CA "24 hr, 7 days" emergency number and left a message with answering service, but got no reply. Next I called 2 other highly rated plumbers who advertised "24/7 emergency service" in Merced, and both were uninterested in coming out on a Sunday. Fourth call was to Roto-Rooter. Friendly, professional intake process was followed up within the hour by text notifications that the tech was en route to the house to help the tenants.
