I called to check on something that happened at a visit the month before. They had me on hold 15 minutes and it hung up on me. I called again, she initially said they had no records of me, but then she said she needed to check something else. 10 minutes later I got my answer.
Front desk personal can be a little rude and do not take responsibility when they accidentally make a appointment confirmation error, I have been seen here for over a year due to work injury, recently the doctor I had been seeing is no longer with the office and I feel I should have been notified before showing up with an app to see him, I truly believe he had my best interest at heart none of the other physicians do, they just want to see the most patients they can, which is where mistakes are made, I wouldn't seek medical treatment here agian if it could be avioded
This place should change their name to patients last. They have only one provider and the wait time is ridiculous. It took over an hour to do the drug test and another 45 mins for them to call me back to get seen. This office is very busy. They need more providers. Also they are open until 5pm but want you to come before 2pm to start the screening process. Now I know why they told me to come back the following day because it takes a long time for the screening process.
