i had an issue with my heater not reaching the desired temperature during winter and i had called and previous person to fix it and couldn’t figure it out. i gave nova a call and he managed to find the problem the same day and hasn’t given me an issue at all since then. highly recommend for anyone to reach out if they’re having issues with their ac unit
