it seems like all their reply's are scripted. managements places like this one makes me think before paying application fees since they tried keep my payments for a house that had no applications for then suddenly told me someone else qualified before me and when I asked to get copies of my report and they wouldn't give them to me said they aren't a reporting agency when I demanded my reports or money back they lied again and said they emailed me them then I said I'd be in to get money or report they immediately responded with we refunded you long story short they never ran my application and i believe it is because of my section 8 status discrimination is what I say

I would not trust this place with my investment, they can't answer a basic question! They need to train their employees. I called to inquire about tenant screening without having to sign up for any of their management packages. Honey took my call, she wouldn't answer my question and told me to go to their website. After spending a lot of time trying to navigate their site I had to send them an email asking the same question. Honey replied back on 10/25 that they do offer this service without having to sign up for any of their management packages and to call back. She provided me with the wrong number in the email. I finally found the right number and she picked up the phone. I let her know I received her reply and I wanted to move forward with their tenant screening services, she just put me on hold and transferred me to Maria. I had to repeat myself again just so that she can tell me they don't offer this service.

Attn: All tenants! Run as fast as you can! DO NOT get mixed up with this company! They will try to have you sign the most illegal lease without even seeing the house! They never return phone calls or even try to contact you to give updates on anything that is important to you....like when a rental will be or not be ready. Have you pay outrageous deposit amounts, to which you will never see again and then charge even more for $$$$ for so called repairs! They have caused so much duress for my family member that I will personally see that they will regret.
