Called Last minute to see if they take walk-ins, and was told appointment only but that she has time in a few hours if that works I took the appointment and showed her what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted.. couldn't be happier I will be back again this time I'll call ahead and make an appointment it's worth it....

I was reading a review about someone living on the premises and poisoning the cats....Well, I've known Art, Claire and Arlene for over 40 years, and I can guarantee they don't live on site...or poison the many feral cats that live around there. That was soooo...strange....At any rate, Arlene does my hair, and she knows just the right shade of red-brown to use, and knows how to cut it short and make it cute as well as help me grow it out seamlessly. If I need to communicate something for her to do differently, she listens and accommodates right away.
