Several years ago, at The Razzari Auto Centers, we decided to outsource our IT. It was a big decision. We had a network over 100 computers, multiples servers and multiple systems. We hired a local firm that soon thereafter went out of business. Our second try, again with another local firm was a swing and miss. They claimed to have the ability to maintain our network, but, ultimately, it was just beyond their abilities.
