She's super nice and listens to what you need. I suffer from back pain and every time I walk out, I'm like a brand new person. I got my parents to go to her too and when they come out from their session, they look lighter. “I came here starting November (25) after a friend recommended me to try it out. Lyz is truly gifted in her work. I initially started by taking my mother for some recovery therapy (after a work accident) and Lyz not only helped alleviate her pain but with a couple sessions my mother was able to stretch out her arms more naturally/freely.

I recently went in for a misalignment issue and she knew exactly where my pain points were. Definitely recommend her for body pains or a relaxing therapy massage. She also gave me great advice about PT stretches. ?“
