In-Shape Family Fitness is a spacious club in Merced that offers a wide range of activities for all ages. The facility features numerous sports courts, a fabulous heated outdoor pool, and a hot tub area, making it an ideal sports complex for families and individuals alike. The free-weights area is less crowded, and an outdoor adult playground is available for calisthenics. The locker rooms are clean, and the club offers an excellent schedule of classes, including yoga and water aerobics. Staff members are friendly, welcoming, and encouraging, creating a non-judgmental atmosphere. The gym's app allows members to track their progress and redeem points for prizes. While some members have concerns about pricing and operating hours, the overall experience at In-Shape Family Fitness is positive, with many praising the club's modern sports equipment, cleanliness, and panoramic support for the community.
In-Shape supports many aspects of human health, most obviously through weights and cardio equipment and fitness classes which are all wonderful tools. What I like, EQUALLY, however is that it supports relaxation and stress reduction to the community via yoga classes, a jacuzzi and pools, as well as saunas. The G Street facility specifically is very panoramic in its support of the community. You see both youths and elders at this gym as well as everyone in between. Yosemite Ave In Shape is like a private club,a fabulous pool and hot tub area both a family pool and a lap pool.The staff is friendly and helpful,always encouraging.I am a senior retired,my son is a professional and my grandson is mid 20's looking to join the armed services.We are all members and we are all getting our exercise needs met.We are" in shape".The equipment is modern and well maintained.In Shape has it all!
I love the nice atmosphere at in shape on Yosemite ave. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend in shape to anyone who is looking for a quality experience in the health industry
