Super sweet woman cut my son's hair out last visit, she was very thorough and asked him questions as to what he wanted and she delivered! Been going here for years and never had had a bad experience

1. You tell the stylist what kind of haircut you want. They may ask clarifying questions. Do your best to answer them. They will make a record of what they did for the next stylist who cuts your hair. What a good idea! And a photo of the desired hairstyle is always good.2. They cut your hair to your specifications. If it doesn't turn out as you expected, they will adjust it for you. Within reasonable parameters, of course, as they cannot put back the hair they've cut off. I always walk away looking great and have that extra bounce in my step! Ok, the truth is that is pretty close to how I feel. I enjoy checking in online, receiving my text to head on over to the salon, and being called up. The customer service is always spot on and the skilled stylists know their stuff. Great fades for sure. I enjoy the conversations and how quickly I am in and out of this salon. Great job Great Clips staff. I do miss those coupons that used to be printed on the receipt. Now I look forward to the email with the deals.
