Edge Insurance Services provides professional and personable service. The staff is amazing and awesome to work with, helping clients find terrific prices and making processes like finding new insurance companies a breeze. They are very professional and help to educate clients on their options. The service is described as a Godsend, with representatives sending personal emails in advance of due dates to avoid a lapse in coverage. They provide support every step of the way, even through complex situations like handling an estate. In a sea of company representatives, hang ups, and hold times, their service is tip top above the rest. The representatives are humble, but clients praise them from the bottom of their hearts for the tremendous help they provide.
Amazing. I was working with Jessica! She was awesome, Jessica found a TERRIFIC price for my Worker's Comp in California. Coming from Las Vegas and having to find new Insurance companies for our second location has been a breeze and I am glad I was connected with this company!!
Maria is the best person I've had the pleasure of working with. My dad began a policy with her since passed. In that time, I've handled his estate which includes insurance. While bills roll and pile upon one another, Maria sends personal emails letting me know (in advance) of upcoming due dates in order to avoid a lapse in coverage. I can't begin to explain what a Godsend she is throughout the many months. I have since taken over my dad's property and Maria's been with me every step of the way.
