We called Ease plumbing on a Friday at 8 AM and Eric was out to our house an hour later to evaluate our hot water heater. Unfortunately, we needed a new one and he was able to get one for us and. two hours later, our hot water heater was installed and ready to go. He was very honest and informed us of exactly what we needed. He was very gracious about what he charged us to install the heater. My husband and I are seniors and we definitely appreciate someone who we trust and feel that does not take advantage of us. I would definitely say Eric is one of those people. Eric the owner came out for and provided a written estimate for a shower remodel and was very knowledgable on all aspects of plumbing, even knows how to repair Septic tank and Leachfield problems ! This guy has “ The Skills “ !!! And licensed and bonded … does it get any better than that ? …5 STARS
