Great Doctor in his field and he definitely knows how to diagnose skin issues in many ways and he knows what to prescribe for me so I’m happy with him since I changed to a different Doctor that was further away from me because of the long drive many hours round-trip I do look for a new one closer to me in Merced, which I’m happy with it. My change over should’ve done a long time ago six years ago.
When I arrived for my appointment, first thing in the morning, there was no power. The utility people were working outside and there were lots of buildings without power. When I came in, they took my information and said they would call me and reschedule. About an hour later when the power came back on, they called me and got me in, the very same day. They were very apologetic, even though the power loss was not their fault, and very kind. My appointment went smoothly, I was still seen quickly in spite of the fact that I was not the only appointment they had to reschedule. I was very pleased with my service. Dr Pilkington still took his time with me and did not seem rushed
Wonderful dermatologist who listens to all your concerns and questions. The front staff is also very nice and I've never had to wait a long time before being seen. The 40 minute drive to be seen by the doctor is totally worth it for me and I won't be going anywhere else.
