Bob's Refrigeration has saved customers twice by fixing AC units instead of selling new expensive ones. The company’s repairs are not costly and keep customers from spending $7500+. Customers praise the honesty and great response. They say the people are understanding and have helped for almost 18 years. Many thank the company for always being there and for almost tell what's going on before getting on the roof.
There have been two times that Bob's Refrigeration came to the rescue for me! Two other companies tried to sell me new AC units in the tune of $7500+. Both times, Steve came out and did repairs. And these repairs were not expensive ones either. Steve saved me so much money and fixed the problems. If you want an honest company, you need to hire Bob's Refrigeration!!
A large heat and air company in town diagnosed my older system as having low freon. They said they could replace the freon for 1k, but recommended I replace the whole thing, for 12 to 15k. Steve came out and replaced a part for $175. Air conditioner is working great again. Great service. This company will be my first call from now on.
These guys are great! Vicky in the office is always super helpful and Steve and Caleb are great techs. They always get the job done and they've helped me out of some tough spots over the years! Thank you guys!
