Scope of work includes: Demo a water damaged 2nd floor shared hallway bathroom down to frame Replace floor insulation, subfloor, baseboards, and refinish wall. Install LVT, new prefab acrylic walk in shower insert, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, and various towel bars. The good: They were one of the few who had great scheduling and showed up to look at the job site.
