I had Arcadian Bookkeeper handle my bookkeeping for several years, but unfortunately, my experience last year was extremely disappointing. They failed to properly document my statements for my insurance, which led to me being sent to collections. When I decided to let them go as my bookkeeper, they refused to return my 2023 receipts despite multiple polite email requests. I reached out three times with no response, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone who values organization, accountability, and basic client communication.
