We brought our taxes in. 3 months later we were still waiting. When we enquired as to why it was taking so long we were told that they had personal issues, family issues..so many issues. We got a letter this year saying welcome we are happy to do your taxes, but we can't guarantee how long this will take. Heck NO!! Not again!! We dropped this Allice B and went with William J Koenig Inc. Man what a great guy. Took him 20 minutes and we have our taxes today...4 days later $$ in our bank!! Some how my review keeps getting deleated. Today is 2-16-24

we had to call and threaten to come get out taxes and take them somewhere else...3 months they had all our tax work. we got told that people were taking afternoons off because someone needed to be visited in a home. Why do I need to know this? if you can't do the work, you should have called us. we had to call this place 3 times, till we finally said we will come get them and you can refund our $300.00...and guess what! out taxes got done in a few hours. this is a sham.
