Manuel is a consummate professional. He is knowledgeable, very friendly, thorough, accessible when I have questions, and provides professional advice on any host of pest issues. He was taken off my route for a couple of months and I was disappointed not to have him personally service my house. After he returned last week, I committed to writing a review. I trust Manuel and Advanced IPM for all my pest control needs.

Joanna, Eric, and Michael have been a pleasure to work with! I cannot say enough nice things about the team taking care of my pest control needs @ Amond World out in Madera CA.The communication is awesome and the visibility I get through the portal makes it so easy. It has been a breathe of fresh air working with Advanced IPM. I Highly recommend!

I am giving a 5 star review because aside from accommodating me so quickly, my technician Anthony really blew me away with his customer service. He was professional, friendly, and super informative and very thorough. He was not rushing and really took the time to inspect the problem we are currently having. We have been struggling with red flour beetles, and although we are in the process of getting everything taking care of, he truly is going above and beyond for our situation to try and find the resolution. I strongly recommend this company for your pest control needs.
