“I really love the work that they did on my home! David was fast at providing a quote and he made sure to schedule me in quickly. The work they did was high in quality and it was done quickly too. They were nice, courteous and sensitive about being on the job in a house that was occupied. The noise was reasonable and they did an excellent job managing the cleanliness. My son has Aspergers and it’s so important to have workers that are polite and also that are not using foul language on the job, because he has intense anxiety. I felt very safe having them here, and even trusted them to be here, when I had to leave. They worked very hard every day and I’m very happy with the outcome! Just a very nice company to deal with and the price I paid was very fair.I do plan to use this company for other jobs!“

“I highly recommend Stephens Brothers! Don't let those tattooed faces fool you these guys know what they are doing. We chose them based on the fact that during our estimate they knew the answers to all of our questions and concerns with building our ADU. There estimate also was one of the better ones as far as price and was more detailed then the others. The hardest part of the whole process was waiting on the city for approval and permitting which is out of there hands and they had communicated that with us and this would be the case. There communication was acceptable to me during the almost 1 year it took for the city process, you have to remember it's out of there hands and these guys are super busy with projects that are already under way and in the building process. Once the permits were approved and building could start these guys are all over it, I was a little worried about them having only a 4 man crew but these guys are so efficient with there planning and building and there communication during the build was excellent the time frame for our build was about 3 months to completion and we had issues on materials due to these crazy times and they were still able to complete it in the timeframe we had talked about. The thing I like most about Stephens Brothers Construction is there finishes, there trim work and attention to the details are the best I have seen. I want to add that the biggest worry most people have including myself with contractors is money, believe it or not this was not the case with them. They stuck to there payment schedule and never asked for advance on payment and to be honest most the time I had to chase them around my yard and make them take my check. You can tell they pay there bills and subs because we never had any material issues from the suppliers and all there subs had nothing but great things to say about them, you can tell they have family like relationships with them. I should have wrote this review a lot sooner but I'm lazy. It has been a few months since our project with them has been completed and this morning I woke up to a water leak at the shut off valve for our ADU so I called them just for advice on what to do and within an hour Jeff was pulling up and digging up the front yard to help us out and see what happened. Let me say they are in the middle of building a retaining wall on another project so he left that to come help our family. This is a different level of caring for a customer let alone a past client. The issue ended up being a defective schedule 80 valve that split open from the water pressure so it's just a freak thing that happened. For them to come back and even just care is awesome and sparked my lazy a** to write a review and let others know how good they are at not only building during our project but also having my family's back when we are no longer clients! I Highly recommend Stephens Brothers Construction they will be the only contractor I higher from now on for any projects we have and also any projects my friends and family have.“

“December 2023 we had a flood in our kitchen. The kitchen was torn apart and the cabinets under the sink had to be replaced. We wanted to keep the cabinet doors which matched the rest of the kitchen and hopefully do the restoration without replacing the granite counter top. Gary came out and took measurements and approximately two weeks later, Brian and Skip arrived with the new cabinets and reinstalled the original doors. You would never know there had been a major flood in our kitchen. The restoration was absolutely perfect in every way and the whole experience was top notch! I would highly recommend this company.
