I had an outstanding experience at Menifee Lakes Optometry with Dr. Nicholas Walworth. He was incredibly thorough, ensuring I understood every aspect of my eye exam and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. But the stars of the show were Sabryna and Hayley. They took their time helping me try on dozens of frames, discussing all my options, and even providing personal opinions that made the decision process so much easier. They went above and beyond to expedite my order and ensure a seamless experience. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish--highly recommend this team for exceptional eye care!
I enjoyed the service here and so did my kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my daughter because she was scared of the equipment that checks your retinas and vision. I can't remember the name of the girl that was very helpful with my daughter in calming her nerves down by distracting her with questions about her school and Friends and just making her feel overall at ease with the experience of the eye exam. With our insurance we are able to get great frames very thankful they had that option for us... because I thought we would have to pay an arm and a leg for a decent pair of frames. We look forward to our future eye exams here at this location. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
I had an excellent experience with Menifee Lakes Optometry. I had an injury to one eye which poses a particular challenge, but the optometrist did an excellent job. However, I went to another company to buy frames who then filled that prescription (all wrong). I came back to Menifee Lakes optometry, who verified my prescription was correct, it was the lenses that were made wrong by the other company. I can't say enough about the Doctor who checks the lenses, the staff who troubleshoots problems or the front desk, who seems to know my name, and treats me like they've known me forever. Give this place more than , I would.
